VIDEO: Laurent De Martin’s 2016/17 Season Edit | Incredible Urban, Backcountry, & Park Skiing

Chris Wallner | Post Tag for BackcountryBackcountry

Laurent De Martin spent the winter of 2017 touring the globe with our crew, from road tripping through BC in search of pow, to navigating the streets of Moscow, and sending the biggest park jump that Mammoth’s all start crew has ever built… he amassed as much screen time as anyone we worked with, spread amongst three separate segments in our feature film, HABIT. We handed him the reigns and he put together a season-long self edit that paints a clear picture of Laurent as one of the strongest and most well rounded skiers in the game. Enjoy!

  1. Stop calling urban skiing skiing, it’s not skiing , skiing is on snow in the mountains, not being pulled by a tow rope in town. Call it something else, it’s disrespectful to the pioneers who skied in the mountains on wooden skis .
I speak for all the people who don’t consider being towed by a rope skiing !!!!
