VIDEO: Longest Ski Jump in History = 809 Feet

We thought this would be a great way to get us all primed up for the 2014 Winter Olympics that about to occur in only 3 days.

This guy flies so far that he almost lands in the flats.  The last 3rd of his flight, this guy looks exactly like a flying squirrel.  Once he lands, even he is blown away by what just happened.  The announcers go nuts in Norwegian and the crowd is losing it.  Half the fun of this video is the celebration post jump.

In total, this jumper, Norwegian Johan Remen Evensen, flies 246.6 meters or 809 feet before touching back down to Earth.  His flight occurred on February 11th, 2011.
