Perisher Resort in Australia has made the call to open early after 20cm of fresh snow fell at the resort in late May. Along with that, more fresh snow is expected to fall this week. The resort was expected to open on Friday, June 9th, but they moved their opening day up to this Saturday, June 3rd. The early opening is a great sign for what’s to come in Australia this season.
