VIDEO: Sierra Scraps | DIY Shredding In July After One EPIC Winter

“Ahhhh yes, summer time. Sure, it’s easy to hang your boots up for the season but with an epic winter comes the opportunity for some epically unique summer boarding. As the great state of California received over 500 inches of snow this winter, we decided to rally the troops and take advantage of some Golden State boarding in late July.

Shot over the course of seven days on the road between Squaw Valley, Donner Pass and Mammoth Mountain, Sierra Scraps is a good ole fashioned road trip with an all-time international crew.

The recipe for a perfect California summer-shred cocktail is equal parts Ozzy Henning, Len Jorgensen, Seb Picard and Aspen Rain Weaver. Add one 12-passenger van, a few hundred miles, limitless Freedom Sodas, four skate parks and stir thoroughly. Serve over ice with a lime garnish.

Grab some sunscreen cause Sierra Scraps is live,” stated Rome Snowboards about the video.
