During his stay in Japan, Jake visited Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate and Akita Prefectures from late January through mid-February. He said to SnowBrains that he “rented vehicle(s) and did it the old-fashioned way, chasing storms, going out of our way for small resorts with deep pow.”
One thing SnowBrains and Jake quickly agreed on was how special skiing and snowboarding in Japan is: “the snow, the food, the culture… so much fun!”
