The Chimney at Squaw Valley, CA was primed and ready after 14″ of new snow fell on Monday night. Â It was fresh, soft, extremely filled in, and ready to deliver epic thrills and vicious beatings today.

Silverado also didn’t open yesterday and was pure glory today. Â Skiers right of Silverado has the most continuous steep skiing at Squaw and it did not disappoint.
Many many big lines went down yesterday and today all over Squaw and stoke is running high. Â This place deserves it after 4 years of just scratching by.

Awesome guys, terrific! While it is great to watch these lines there are only handfuls of the thousands that are out skiing. A little footage of just regular ski lines would be super.
