Comedian Charlie Berens — best known for his viral Manitowoc Minute series celebrating Midwestern culture — teams up with fellow creator Taylor Calmus, better known as Dude Dad, for a classic winter showdown: the Winter Lover versus the Winter Hater.

Berens plays the Winter Lover to perfection — the guy who is genuinely thriving after a snowstorm, seeing nothing but possibility in a fresh blanket of white. His enthusiasm is the kind that makes winter haters want to throw a shovel at him. Calmus, meanwhile, is buried under the reality of the situation — literally, in his driveway — battling the same snowfall that has his neighbor doing a happy dance. When Calmus finally breaks down and asks to borrow one of Berens’ Toro snowblowers, the answer is an immediate and uncompromising no. Nobody touches the snowblowers.
