Mammoth Mountain, California. Closing weekend here is gonna be fun

Another week has passed and another set of ski resorts has closed their doors for the season.  Closing day at Alpine Meadows was splendid, indeed.  Alyeska and a few other big ski resorts called it quits this past weekend as well.  (See who closed yesterday here:  ski resorts closed May 28th)

Now, lets look on the bright side.  There are still ski resorts open and they’ve got a lot of terrain open.  Colorado is even expecting snow this week, and possibly big snow (more on that here soon).  We’ve got at least a month left in many states.
