According to its Facebook page, Wild Mountain Ski Area in Taylors Falls, MN, will reopen for four hours on Saturday, May 20, 2023. From 11 am – 3 pm, the resort will reopen “a full park set up with some old favorites and some new twists (hint — think water).” Reading between the lines here, a pond skim is very likely in the works.

The event will cost $15 per rider, and tickets will be capped at 200 people. Season tickets are not valid for this one-day reopening, and the event sold out the year prior. Tickets can be purchased at Wild Mountain’s online ticket office

Redbull ambassadors will also be in attendance, playing music to keep the party going throughout the day, while the Lake House food trailer will be around for anyone looking to grab some grub.

Wild Mountain grabbed the headlines earlier this season by being the first ski resort in North America to open.
