The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Warnings in ME, NH, NY, & VT. These are in effect from this morning – Wednesday. A strong cold front is expected to persist, which will allow for snowfall at all elevations.

6-10″ of Snow, With Up To 14″ Through Wednesday In Vermont.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult
 travel conditions. Snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches
 expected, with localized amounts up to 14 inches possible in the
 northern Greens.

* WHERE...Much of north central and northeastern Vermont and the
 northwestern portions of St. Lawrence County in New York.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause
 areas of blowing and drifting snow, especially on Wednesday.
