Buy an X Games League Draft Ticket And Get a Free Day at an Ikon Pass Resort

Want to watch the next generation of X Games athletes get drafted for the inaugural X Games League (XGL) Winter Season and win a ski a day at an Ikon Pass resort for free? The first 100 fans who purchase tickets to the 2026 MoonPay X Games League Winter Draft in Los Angeles on September 16 will receive a complimentary one-day lift ticket to a participating Ikon Pass destination during the 2026-27 ski season.

The promotion is a collaboration between X Games and Alterra Mountain Company, giving the first 100 eligible ticket buyers a free day on the slopes in addition to a seat at the inaugural Winter Draft event. The draft will take place at Cosm Los Angeles on September 16. Fans who qualify will receive an Alterra Mountain Company One Day Ticket, which can be used at any participating Ikon Pass destination during the 2026-27 season. The physical ticket will be distributed on-site at the draft. There is a limit of one complimentary ticket per eligible purchaser, and restrictions and additional terms may apply.

Four clubs will compete in the first XGL season: XC Golden State, XC New York, XC Park City and XC Whistler. Each general manager will select 10 skiers and snowboarders in the league’s inaugural draft on September 16 in Los Angeles. Rather than competing solely as individual athletes, the skiers and snowboarders will represent their clubs throughout the season, earning points for their teams. The club that finishes with the most points will be crowned X Games League Winter Champion.

The four people tasked with building these first four teams are:

• Jonny Moseley — XC Golden State
• Dave Sypniewski — XC New York
• Sharalee “Haze” Hazen — XC Park City
• Ryan Stutt — XC Whistler

More than 180 athletes are chasing just 40 spots available at the MoonPay X Games League Winter Draft. The inaugural XGL Winter Draft will bring the biggest names in skiing and snowboarding together at Cosm Los Angeles, where the four club general managers will build their teams live in front of fans.

There are some serious names in the draft pool. Eileen Gu, Alex Hall, Andri Ragettli, Birk Ruud, Kelly Sildaru, Henrik Harlaut, Mathilde Gremaud, Tess Ledeux, Mark McMorris, Jamie Anderson, Marcus Kleveland, Red Gerard, Zoi Sadowski-Synnott, Anna Gasser, Ayumu Hirano, Mia Brookes, Scotty James, Chloe Kim, and Zeb Powell are among the athletes listed as eligible for the draft.

So get in on the front row action and buy your ticket now to be in with a chance to receive a free day at participating Ikon Pass resorts.
