* IMPACTS...PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL IMPACT TRAVEL ACROSS
THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL UTAH THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE PERIODS OF BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW WHICH MAY FURTHER REDUCE VISIBILITY AND HAMPER
TRAVEL. THOSE TRAVELING DURING THIS TIME SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
HAZARDOUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
