It has been quiet around Australian mogul skier Matt Graham recently, and the Olympic Silver medalist had not been seen during the winter season at Perisher, where the Australian National Team trains during the southern hemisphere winter. Today, September 18, the three-time Olympian shared the reason for his absence from training with the world: he and his partner Jess had a baby daughter on September 4. The couple have named their daughter Ada Alexandra Graham.
His social media account became instantly flooded with an outpouring of congratulations from other athletes. Mogul skiers from the U.S., like Alli Macuga, to France, like Ben Cavet, sent their best wishes to the happy family.

Matt Graham made his World Cup debut at only 15 and has ranked in the top 5 of overall mogul skiers (single and dual moguls) for the last decade, except in winter 2021-22 when the athlete broke a collarbone ahead of the Beijing Olympics. He won the 2020-21 Overall Season Crystal Globe. Graham has competed in the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Olympics and won Silver in Sochi, Russia.
Congratulations to Matt and Jess from the whole team at SnowBrains!
