Bariloche, Argetina Conditions Report: Ridiculously Deep Powder Day!

Miles Clark | | Post Tag for Conditions ReportConditions Report

Yesterday was one of the deepest days of skiing I’ve had anywhere.

Theree must have been 3-feet of fluffy new snow at Cerro Catedral in Bariloche, Argentina yesterday.

It must have snowed 2-feet during the day…

It was snowing so freakin’ hard all day. ย Especially in the morning when it was snowing empanada sized flakes.

We skied the mid and lower mountain from 9am until 4:30pm with one run in the very close sidecountry trees.

Unreal day. ย

Ridiculously deep snow.

The forecast is for nothing but snow all week!

Don’t read this, look at the photos and videos.

  1. Miles, enjoy the epic skiing in Bariloche! I wish I could ski down to the base there sometimes, but do not believe this will happen to me. Yoiu are very lucky because I think that the snow cover is not so abundant elsewhere in Arg. and Chile.

    1. Hey Jan,

Thanks, I am. Unreal season here… So fun when you can ski to the base and we’ve been able to do so all season here.

      thanks, miles
