It may be calm at California ski resorts currently, but that is not expected to last long. As we move into the week, another storm is expected to arrive dropping heavy amounts of precipitation.

1-3 FEET of snow is expected to fall in the Sierras Wednesday-Friday.

HUGE precipitation totals are forecasted in California throughout the next 7 days. Along with a substantial amount of snowfall.

California: 1-3 FEET of Snow Expected

The snowfall is expected to fall Wednesday-Friday. Much of the week is expected to have outstanding skiing conditions in the Eastern Sierras.

Throughout the next 6-10 days, California should expect to experience above average temperatures and near average precipitation.

The forecast is calling for a “More Typical” winter storm.
