4-12″ of snow is forecast over much of the state with the high country seeing the most snow.
* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES WITH UP TO 12 INCHES POSSIBLE
NEAR RED MOUNTAIN PASS. - NOAA Denver, CO today
CO and much of the west just went through a bit of a dry, hot spell.
Denver hit 73ºF last week. Some spots in CO got as hot as 78ºF. This return to winter is much appreciated.
CO had been doing well this year with Wolf Creek at 321″ of snowfall for the season.
