“Snow is expected to continue falling this morning and into this evening as a weather disturbance passes through the area. The previous winter weather advisories have been upgraded to winter storm warnings to account for the extra snowfall. 4 to 8 inches of new snowfall is expected through 6 pm tonight. Light snow will slowly end from the west overnight. Drier conditions are expected for the first part of the weekend.” – NOAA Grand Junction, CO today
