Kelly Slater is 41 years old and the best surfer on this planet we call Earth. ย How do we know heโs the best even in his old age? ย Simply because he surfs the best breaks against the worldโs best surfers and beats them all on a regular basis.
How regular a basis does he beat them all? ย Well, heโs the youngest to ever win a Surfing World Championship at 21, heโs oldest to ever win a World Championship at 40, he has more world titles than anyone at 11, and he has more WCTย victories than anyone at 53. ย The only problem for everyone else in on the tour is that there appears to be no sign of Kelly slowing down or retiring anytime soon…
Congratulations to Kelly Slater for winning the Volcom Fiji Pro in pretty sick conditions. ย We love that heโs American and representing us with class, grace, and style. ย Thanks Kelly.
Oh, Kelly has a few other wins in there as well:
