Report from August 23rd, 2018.
Today was a powder day at Cerro Catedral in Bariloche, Argentina.
Yesterday, winds blew at 100mph and shut down the resort.
Catedral reported 30cms of new snow at the top and 15cms of snow at the bottom today.
We skied a couple of laps on Punta Nevada before hiking up Nubes.
Nubes was very good.
After 2 Nubes laps we did a few Princessa III laps into the Caรฑadon.
From there we hiked into La Laguna and the snow was immaculate.
You could have skied down to the base today, but we decided to save our skis and download.
The snow was pretty dry today.
The weather was mostly cloudy with some low fog and some times of bright sunshine.
Today was a great day.
