A young Black Bear crawled into an open window and into the women’s restroom at Buck’s T-4 Lodge in Big Sky, Montana. Despite efforts by lodge staff to coax it out of the building, the bear seemed more than content to take a nap on the counter.
Eventuallty Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, along with Gallatin County Sheriff Deputies were able to tranquilize the bear and remove it from the hotel. The bear will be relocated in a remote area away from Big Sky to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
Guests of the lodge hoping to see a bear on their vacation will no doubt remember this one for a long time!
