Day #4 was our biggest day on the hut trip.

  • 5 runs
  • 9 miles
  • 4,500 vertical feet
  • 8 hours and 2 minutes
  • Skied home in the dark

We walked like crazy that day and went deeper into our zone than we ever had.

We skied a gorgeous face in the sun off Sunbeam Peak then came back up and skied the opposite side of the same peak.

Then climbed up again and skied the huge open face that we filmed with the drone.

Then another climb to a steep, dark powder run that lead to one more climb.

The final ski was after sunset in the dark and in mellow terrain right back to the hut.
