Substantial snowfall has bombarded South America so far this season and it’s still really early. Up to two feet of snow fell at a ski resorts in Chile last week, which made for some epic backcountry skiing as most of these resorts haven’t opened for the season yet. If this snow is a sign for what’s to come this season, you should buy your plane tickets now.
