The Nubes chairlift at Cerro Catedral in Bariloche, Argentina, is world-class.

1,800 vertical feet of perfect groomers, rocky chutes, open bowls, terrain park jumps, snaking ridge runs, and cliffs, all with mind-bending views.

Views of Lake Nahuel Huapi (530 sq mile surface area, 1,522′ deep), the granite towers of Cathedral Peak, volcanos in Chile and Argentina, the high desert, and the endless Andes Mountain Range make the views from the Nubes lift the best of from the top of any ski resort on Earth.

This week, we’ve been reveling in 3,300-vertical-foot top-to-bottom laps that are too much fun.

When the sun comes out here, the views and the vibes are out of this world.

The snow on this day was firm and fast up high and soft and slushy down low.

We have been thoroughly enjoying the ski resort as we patiently wait for more snow to arrive.

It’s been a bit dry lately, but in Patagonia, another storm is always on the horizon.

Thanks, Argentina!
