Report from September 2, 2024

August was a rough month here.

Cold, icy, un-snowy.

Our hopes were set on a snowy September and on Day 1 of September, it snowed…

We got out there on Tuesday, September 2, to sample the goods.

Our first run in the trees was splendid.

The snow wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t deep, and we were hitting bottom a bit, but it was an exquisite transition from the ice-laden slopes we’d been relegated to.

Fingers crossed for more of this soon.

Thanks, Argentina!
