Brought to you by Grand Targhee Resort
Report from February 27&28, 2022
High pressure has been the standard over the high country surrounding good ol’ Grand Targhee yet, if anything, the stable weather and packed powder have highlighted the good times still to be had on snow.
Most amazing of all, in the face of reluctant snowfall, Targhee and the west flank of the Tetons somehow maintain as a winter wonderland.
Get up early and the magic of mountain solitude is yours, then hang around to share hot laps and hokey jokes among good buddies. These are the blue jean days of ski-bliss.
Naturally, a deeper chill accompanies most of the day–until recently, when afternoon sun has managed to bring actual warmth and softer snow.
Options do abound across all faces at Grand Targhee, and shootin’ through that funhouse terrain is a guaranteed good time, any day any season.
The Vibe–and hopes–are high here at Grand Targhee Resort.
