Brought to you by Grand Targhee Resort
Snow play marked today’s 2019/20 season opener at Grand Targhee Resort in Teton Valley. Crisp temperatures, overcast sky, and slender conditions failed to cool the local stoke to be back on-slope at this big resort with a small town feel.
Groups of friends and neighbors gathered for good karma, hot laps, and $10 dollar lift tickets at the chairlift, Shoshone. Snowpack atop ski run, Big Horn is carefully prepared and terminates at Trap Bar where cold bevies plus hearty conversation closed out the day’s slide-glide antics.
Grand Targhee Resort, Teton Pass, and Jackson Hole brace now for what’s anticipated to be substantial–and much welcomed–fresh snowfall over the holiday weekend.
