[Post updated 10/12/23: $400 Air Credit extended through Dec. 31]
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) is a resort on many skiers’ and snowboarders’ bucket lists. It is easy to see why, with 2,500 acres of phenomenal terrain, incredible snow quality, and some of the most magnificent mountain views in the world. It also boasts one of the greatest continuous inbounds rises in the U.S., with 4,139 vertical feet.
For anyone who has always wanted to visit, or anyone looking to come back, this winter might be the year to do it, as the resort is currently offering major savings when you book a trip package by December 31, 2023.
The most significant offer is up to $400 of airfare credit per person and up to $1,600 credit for a group of four. To qualify for the credit, guests must book airfare, lodging, and a qualifying activity through Jackson Hole Resort Reservations. The qualifying activity can be either lift tickets, a rental car, ground transportation, or another activity of an eligible dollar amount.
The air credit is determined by how long the stay is booked for. For stays of four nights, the credit is $200 per person. Between five and six nights, it is $300, and stays of seven nights or more receive the full $400 credit. The offer is good for travel dates between 11/22/23 and 4/21/24. There are some notable blackout dates around Christmas and holidays including 12/22/23-1/3/24, 1/13-1/15/2024 and 2/16-2/25/2024.
Flying into Jackson Hole (JAC) is an experience in itself as it is the only commercial airport in the U.S. located within a National Park (Grand Teton). It offers awe-inspiring views of the Teton Range and is only 20 miles from the resort. It is also the most accessible destination resort in the Rockies, with non-stop flights from 12 major U.S. cities. Your ski and snowboard equipment can easily be brought as checked luggage. One ski/snowboard bag under 50 pounds and one boot bag are accepted per person.
The lodging options are almost as varied as the terrain on the mountain, and there is undoubtedly something to fit everyoneโs taste. If youโre more on a budget, you can choose a standard hotel. If luxury is on your list, there are high-end resorts to choose from. Also available are condos, homes, and cabins located anywhere from slopeside to inside Grand Teton National Park.ย
Even if you donโt plan on flying to JHMR, you can still take advantage of other significant savings offers. These offers are numerous, including discounts on lodging and 50% off lift tickets through its Golden Ticket program, $100 off group lessons, other lodging specials, lift ticket and rental discounts, as well as kids ski free and special offers for Ikon Pass holders. It is important to note that not all of these specials can be combined with the air credit promotion. Check with the travel experts at JHMR to confirm details.
Last season JHMR set a snowfall record with 595 inches, and this season will be their longest ever thanks to a permit extension with the Bridger-Teton National Forest Service. For many, world-class skiing and riding is a good enough reason to visit JHMR, but with these deals, it is more compelling than ever.
