Report from February 13th, 2019
We arrived in Jackson Hole, WY last night at midnight after skiing the Tahoe Backcountry in the morning and driving 12 hours through the day and night.
It was worth it.
Today, Jackson was deep, stormy, and uncrowded.
We did 3 runs in the backcountry off the tram and each of them was stellar.
I was exhausted after the 3rd hike.
This is place is for real.
Jackson Hole has already seen 256″ – 344″ of snowfall this season.
Jackson Hole has a 76-92″ snowpack.
NOAA has issued a Winter Storm Warning calling for 12-18″ of snow between now and Saturday morning.
