This past week a large, very late season, winter storm barreled through Colorado. The high country received feet of snow, and Denver had one of it’s latest recorded measurable snow falls.
For late May, coverage was spectacular!ย ย
Northerly and southeasterly aspects offered the best skiing, with corn, mashed potatoes, and warm pow on offer.
The due south and southwesterly aspects tended to be icy, with heavy sticky and grabby snow on offer.ย ย
Regardless, it was great day of skiing. With conditions and coverage this good we will be skiing into July! Hopefully.
