A New York man was found dead in the Great Sand Dune National Park, CO on Monday, according to officials and Syracuse.com.
40-year-old Bryan Skilinski of Phoenix, New York was reported missing in the park in May 2017. ย His body was discovered by hikers between Milwaukee Peak and Marble Mountain on Monday.
It is currently unknown how Bryan died.
Park officials report that foul play is not suspected.
Bryan was also lost in the Great Sand Dunes National Park back in February. ย He was located and saved by rescuers five days after being reported missing.
“He spent several days trying to find his vehicle, hiking miles through snow storms, high winds and temperatures that dipped into the teens at night.” – Syracuse.com
The Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve includes over 140,000 acres including high peaks and dense wilderness.
