Modern Luxury Showcased at the Ranger Rover House in Thredbo, Australia

Thredbo Resort, Australia, and Range Rover joined forces to unveil Range Rover House Thredbo last week, inviting guests to indulge in the most desirable winter moments. The partnership saw Range Rover take over a luxurious alpine lodge in the heart of Thredbo village, transforming it into a refined winter sanctuary for guests.

It was the second year in a row that Range Rover has executed this exclusive activation against the picturesque snowy backdrop of Thredbo. Since the concept’s inception in 2022, Range Rover House pop-ups have been brought to life in exclusive properties and locations across the globe including Sydney, Carmel, Park City and Courmayeur.

Range Rover House Thredbo’s doors were opened to guests this year from July 31 – August 4,  showcasing the Range Rover lifestyle through a curated selection of immersive experiences.  In alignment with the brand’s design philosophy, Range Rover House offered a series of Alpine Masterclasses hosted by industry leaders including interior stylist Steve Cordony, Atelier Lumira founder Almira Armstrong and Sir the Label founders Nikki Campbell and Sophie Coote.

On the mountain, guests enjoyed bespoke sunrise sessions, first tracks, skiing and snowboarding tours, and fine dining experiences at Thredbo’s iconic Kareela Hutte restaurant in collaboration with chef Nelly Robinson. Rejuvenation and wellness were another key focus of Range Rover House, offering contrast therapy sessions, sound healing and a Secret Skincare spa.

With a fleet of brand-new Range Rover vehicles available for dynamic snow-driving tours and transportation, the activation encouraged guests to interact with the cars in the unique environment of the Snowy Mountains. Selected events within Range Rover House were open to Thredbo guests to book for the first time this year, inviting more of our discerning clientele to indulge in this world of one-of-a-kind moments, high-end design and modern luxury. To reach a wide audience, Range Rover hosted their VIP clients and a curated selection of media and industry leaders for a 2-day program where they were accommodated in the resort.

Looking ahead,  Thredbo will continue its celebrated relationship with Defender during the upcoming summer season and looks forward to welcoming Range Rover back during the following winter seasons.
