A mother tried desperately to hang on to her young daughter as she slipped from a chairlift, and dangled 25-feet above the ground at Perfect North Slopes, Indiana.
A video, captured by Adam Browning of Cincinnati, Ohio who started filming after he heard the screams from the chair behind, shows the girl slipping and falling to the ground to be caught by quick-thinking employees.
Very scary
This is why safety bars are cool. I still am baffled as to why American ski resorts don’t legally require them. It’s actually enough to keep me from exploring American ski resorts because i don’t know going in what lifts have safety bars, or if they’re more than just a metal pole.
