March is coming in hot at Baker! Storm after storm is keeping everything filled in and prime for shredding. This week will be fantastic – call in sick now! Monday (TODAY) and Tuesday are the days. Last week had some crazy record-breaking wind before the annual Baker SplitFest but turned out to wind-load all the right areas.
Baker broke 500″ last week and it’s not letting up with 10 more inches in the past 24 hours to make 208″ at the base of Pan Dome. This week will be cold and deep. The backcountry is unstable so please check NWAC before venturing up past Chair 8 and beyond. Enjoy the March freshies.
