The Four Seasons Golf and Ski Center, located just 20 minutes from Syracuse, New York, has gone one sale for $2.5 million. Set in the beautiful area just one mile from the quaint village of Fayetteville, it is also across the street from Green Lakes State Park and also offers the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, biking, birdwatching, boating, cross-country skiing, swimming, hiking, and camping.

The property has been operating as a Golf & Ski Center since the 1960s. It has an express ski lift, snow-making equipment, and a 4,900-square-foot retail shop and area for private events. Auxiliary buildings provide an additional 2,700 square feet of space. The 18-hole golf course is the best in the area and offers a beautiful clubhouse overlooking Green Lakes.

Overall covering 13.5 acres, 2.5 acres are zoned for commercial usage, while 11 acres are zoned for single and two-family homes, with all public utilities already in place. For the right buyer, this could be the chance to transform this property into a lucrative investment or a dream project.
