If you need another reason to ski Japan this winter, you just got one. ย All four Niseko United resorts have signed onto the mountain collective pass for next winter. The pass now includes 40 days at 20 different resorts. The Niseko United resorts give Mountain Collective pass-holders 2 different resortsย to chose from in Japan, as Hakuba Valley is also on the pass. Niseko has also had a partnership with the Epic pass since 2014-2015; Epic pass-holdersย receive 5 free days of skiing at Niseko. The Mountain Collective offers skiers 2 days of complimentary skiing and 50% off all additional tickets. A one day ticket at Niseko is about $67; so after the 2 free days, you are looking at just over $33 a day. A pretty sweet deal compared to most lift ticket prices in the U.S. ย Skiing Japan is on a lot of people’s bucket list, and this year might just be the year to do it. At $469 the Mountain Collective is looking really good for any powder chaser.
