The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch and Winter Weather Advisory for Washington.ย These are in effect Tonight – Wednesday Morning. Heavy snowfall is forecasted to impact the area throughout that time period.

10 AM PST WEDNESDAY ABOVE 1500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
ย  snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains Whatcom and Skagit Counties, including
ย  Mount Baker Ski Area and Newhalem. Cascade mountains of
ย  Snohomish and King Counties, including Stevens Pass and
