The Good:
This forecast is looking good for Flagstaff AZ, Taos NM, and just about all of Colorado with above average precipitation forecast.ย New Mexico has above average precipitation and below average temperatures forecast.
The Bad:
This forecast is looking bad for Montana & Idaho with above average temperatures and below average precipitation forecast.
This December outlook continues to follow an El Nino pattern with:

PRECIPITATION IN DECEMBER:
NOAA is forecasting above average precipitation in December for the lower tier of the USA including Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and southern Alaska. NOAA is forecasting below average precipitation in December or the northern states including Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
TEMPERATURES IN DECEMBER:
NOAA is forecasting above average temperatures in December in the Pacific Northwest, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and the entire northeast.ย Below average temperatures are forecast in December for New Mexico and west Texas.
