An earthquake-triggered avalanche took place early Monday morning on Mount Ama Dablam, Nepal. The 5.6 magnitude earthquake resulted in snow and ice rushing down the mountain leaving one British climber injured and a 43-year old Nepalese sherpa dead.  Located about 16 km south of Mount Everest, Mt.
