One of the unique opportunities you have, when you have The Mountain Collective, is that you are able to go where the deepest snow and the best skiing is anytime you want.
Whether you love powder days and chase storms, or just want the most open and gnarly terrain possible, you can guarantee that one of the 16 world class destinations on the Mountain Collective will have something to suit you.
Weโve put together a list of the top destinations available to Mountain Collective pass holders with the deepest snowpacks, so you can make a quick decision on where to ride next.
Without a doubt, the present Mountain Collective winner in terms of snow depth is Niseko, Japan. Currently reporting a snowpack of just short of 100″, Niseko is 26″ better off than at the same time last year as a result of the epic start they’ve had to the snow season. So, if you’re a true powder hound who’s always dreamt of Japan and are willing to do whatever it takes to go anywhere in the world, then let the Mountain Collective make those dreams reality. However, these are the snowiest destinations for the rest of us:

With the Mountain Collective, you have access to some of the best skiing and riding available right now in North America (and the rest of the world). Winterโs coming, itโs just a little late this year, but head to any of these 10 resorts and it should be more than enough to give you your fix and whet your appetite for the coming months.
Telluride is actually doing much worse than many of the northern Colorado resorts as of now. We have had 14″ of natural snow on the books this season, and the mountain opened nearly two weeks later than scheduled. Unfortunately, that photo of Telluride is not of this season and is thus, very misleading. I love your website and articles but man, you guys have got to start fact checking this stuff a little better.
Sincerely,
A snow deprived individual.
