The company is currently reaching out to its customers discussing various options for those who’ve already purchased services. They’re offering incentives as well as refunds or cancellations.
In spite of the recent news, the company is still seeing high demand for next winter. They are offering a wide range of holiday dates spanning from December 6, 2021, to April 10, 2022, which are now open for booking. The company has apologized to their customers assuring they are doing everything possible to return to business as usual.
