Chasing A Blue Hole For Powder in Valdez, Alaska

Saturday was the last day of my buddy’s week here in Valdez. 

It had been a rough week with brutal weather.

We needed a win.

Mother Nature gave us the nod on day 7 and gave us a lingering blue hole.

It wasn’t much, but we made it work.

We had to stay close to home and couldn’t go anywhere wild due to avalanche danger, but we made it work, and we had smiles.

Our flight home above the Valdez Glacier was hallucinatory.
