VIDEO: Avalanche Takes Snowboarder for MONSTER Ride at SnowBasin Ski Resort, UT Yesterday

The Utah Avalanche Center just posted this video of a snowboarder going for a huge ride in an avalanche on Mt. Ogden at Snowbasin ski resort in Utah yesterday, March 27th, 2020.

There was A HUGE AMOUNT of human triggered avalanches in Utah yesterday.

Avalanche Rating yesterday, 3/27/20 was:

• Moderate above treeline
• Low near treeline
• Low below treeline

If we keep up this behavior, they are going to close the Wasatch to backcountry skiing very soon.

Yesterday was our big test, and we failed badly…
