Alyeska Ski Patrol just raised the bar as they performed CPR while descending the mountain in a rescue Toboggan. They even used an AED while doing so. As they got farther down the mountain, they would methodically switch out the patroller that was performing CPR. This kept fresh arms on the individual, giving them the best chance for survival.
