VIDEO: Double-backflip Off Huge Cliff at Treble Cone Ski Area, NZ | New Zealand Having Epic Winter So Far

Ben Richards sends a beautiful double-backflip off the summit at Treble Cone Ski Area in New Zealand earlier this week.

Treble Cone Ski Area just received a foot of new snow on July 12. 

The ski area currently has a 51″ base after having been open less than a month since that start of ski season in New Zealand in June. 

All of Treble Cone’s lifts are currently open. 

New Zealand is still one of the only nations in the world that has officially declared itself ‘COVID-free,’ as no new cases have been reported on the island nation for several weeks now.

Foreigners are currently prohibited from traveling to New Zealand at this time due to COVID-19 concerns.
