I convinced my frequent summer adventure partner, my dad, that trekking up Alta in search of June snow would be epic. After a slightly sketchy scramble, I was on top of Baldy and finally back on snow! Main Chute pulled through with surprisingly good conditions and was definitely worth the hike.
