I get the best way and maybe the only way to fill the reservoirs is big snow in the mountains to fill the lakes and Las Vegas weather news says this monsoon will do nothing to help the reservoirs. If it is a huge monsoonal season, will add any to the reservoirs. If not it seems like there needs to be more engineering to capture all of those million gallons of rain water.
