A snowboarder at Squaw Valley, CA botched a 30 foot cliff and ended up landing at an angle with his head in the snow. After landing, he sank down multiple feet in the snow, so you could just see his board. Luckily, a few people were watching and they rushed over to help. One of the skiers had his camera running and it captured them digging the man out. He was pinned under the snow against an ice chunk. All this new snow is dangerous if you aren’t careful in it, so just enjoy with caution out there. We are glad that this guy walked away from this incident.
