NOAA is calling for a winter storm to impact northern California today bringing 8-14″ of snow to the mountains with snowfall rates as high as 1-2″ per hour.ย  Snow levels are forecast to start around 5,500-feet before lowering to around 4,500-feet by Friday morning.
