Sharktooth Ski Area has been put up for sale. The 18-acre resort is no longer in operation and you can own it for a cool $1.5-million.
The resort near Greely Colorado operated from 1971 to 1986. It boasts views of the Poudre River Valley and Longs Peak. The highest point on the summit is 4750 ft, with a 150 ft vertical drop. 150 ft of pure bliss. The resort has only 1 trail and it’s about 1000 ft long. The best part? You don’t have to worry about avalanches!

The current owners, Philip, and Karen Erby purchased the property in 1998. They are in there 70’s now and wish to pass the resort along to the next owners. They have taken good care of the property over the years, it is in great shape.
