The 2016/17 Northern California water year is the wettest year on record after last nightโ€™s precipitation plowed through 1982-83โ€™s record of 88.5โ€ณ to 89.7โ€ณ!

NorCal is on fire and officially out of the historic 5-year drought and itโ€™s not over yet.  Another 3.5โ€ณ of liquid precipitation is forecast the next 7 days.
